Santa Barbara Kids Triathlon -

Please join us for the 6th Annual Santa Barbara Kids Triathlon on July 21st at Dos Pueblos High School. This event is a specially designed triathlon for kids ages 7-15. The event offers a unique opportunity for family members, volunteers, and sponsors to encourage physical activity and establish a life-long healthy foundation for kids.

Our charity will be supporting “ICAN” The Incredible Children’s Art Network . The mission of the Incredible Children’s Art Network (ICAN) is to bring high quality arts programs to children in Santa Barbara County, particularly those least likely to receive them.

The Course

Swim – Swim in the beautiful and safe Dos Pueblos Pool. Parents and lifeguards will watch the Juniors do 1 lap and Seniors do 2 laps before heading to the Transition Area just outside the pool area in the parking lot below.
Bike - Either 1 (Juniors) or 2 (Seniors) counter-clockwise loops on Cathedral Oaks. Traffic will be controlled by the S.B. Police and volunteers at each intersection on the course. Your child’s safety is our first priority. Note: Seniors will dismount and remount their bike at the Transition area before going out on their second loop.
Run - A clockwise loop through the campus of DP finishing on the Track.
